• Within India: We deliver to all states and union territories.

• International Shipping: Available to selected countries. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their respective countries.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Charges

• Within Kerala: ₹100 per order.

• Rest of India: ₹150–₹200 depending on location.

• International Shipping: Charges calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details so you can track your parcel in real time.

6. Packaging & Safety

• All jewellery is packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

• Fragile items are cushioned and double-packed for safety during transit.

7. Delays & Liability

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, Menorah Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply.
